I bought a 2015 Cayenne SEH last month, and am generally very pleased with it.

One problem- the yellow engine warning light came on after 1 week. I took it to the Porsche dealer, who said it was a software issue and gave it back to me after a few hours with the light no longer lit.

Two weeks later and the light came back on again as soon as the engine fired up (20% battery level reached). So it's going back to Porsche tomorrow. When I made tomorrow's appointment they said it could be a loose pipe. The engine sounds and drives OK, although not as smooth as I would have expected. Mileage is 72,000 and all servicing done to schedule, other than the spark plugs change recommended at 60,000 miles does not seem to have been done yet.

Warranty is good for another 6 months so if there is an issue I'd like to get it resolved now. I am not very confident that the Porsche dealer is familiar with this problem, and as I did not buy it from him, he may not be as motivated to resolve the issue as he could be.

Anyone have similar experiences?
