I am considering replacing the secondary catalytic converters on my 958.2 with catbypass pipes. The intent would be to improve the sound and performance (horsepower and fuel efficiency). Fabspeed seems to be the primary vendor of these - see link: http://www.fabspeed.com/958-2-hybrid-2015/. They claim 4 pound weight savings, improved exhaust note and 10-15 increase in horsepower.

Has anyone else done this? What is your experience? Better sound and noticeable performance improvement?

I am really only worried about passing emissions, but I have read that the secondary cats are primarily to attenuate the sound a bit . . . It appears to be a do-it-yourself kit for anyone with even a little bit of mechanical experience so I am not worried about that.
