2017 Cayenne SeH fan noise when charging.

Normally the fan turns on when I plug the charger into the car, however, lately it has stopped making the noise and charging speed seems to be longer than normal (normally fully charged in less than 2 hours)

Anyone has any suggestions or advise, please?

I noticed my 2015 panamera e-hybrid will kick the fan on when it's hotter in the garage vs the colder months. I've also heard the battery can be sometimes charged slower due to heat and the car trying to protect the battery.

Fan is operated strictly on charger temperature. At times mine won't activate at all where on other times it will run the full time of charging.
